ECST glass fabrics (typ szkła E) (E-glass type) are non-flammable and resistant to chemicals, mould and rot, steam, hydro-corrosion, and high temperatures. These fabrics can be used continuously at temperatures up to 450°C. Available weights: from 100 g/m² to 670 g/m².We also offer silica glass fabrics with 95% silicon content, resistant to prolonged exposure to 1000°C and short-term exposure up to 1600°C for special applications.
Glass fabrics are used for insulation, as structural materials, resin carriers, coatings, laminates, for fireproof bags, fire blankets, welding curtains, and protective clothing. What is more, glass fabrics are used as soundproofing components, as well as in the production of screens and enclosures that protect against noise emissions.
Aramid fabrics, with thermal resistance up to 260°C, offer high mechanical resistance to tearing and abrasion. Fabrics made from blended glass-aramid fibers combine the advantages of both materials.
Roving fabrics are primarily used in laminate production as reinforcement for polyester resins. Available weights: from 200 g/m² to 800 g/m².
